Shipping

Free shipping on all orders!

Free shipping is applied to qualifying orders at checkout.  This offer only applies to orders being shipped within the continental United States.  Shipping charges to locations outside the continental United States are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders that include free shipping will ship via the most economical method based on your location and the weight of the order.

Turnaround time

Most wholesale orders ship in 7-14 business days.  Back orders are reviewed daily and we will contact you with any issues.


Claims/ Damaged Goods

Should your items arrive damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.

If possible, please take pictures showing the damage.

Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with ProclassTools within 3 business days of delivery.

 

Returns

We gladly accept and process returns based on our Return Policy.

Returned items must be in 100% new and sellable condition and in the original unopened packaging.

Items will not be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of shipment from Proclass Tools.

Proclass Tools’s Return Material Authorization number must be clearly marked on outside of shipping container. Please use the return link on any page to request an RMA number before returning an item.

Returned items are subject to inspection by Proclass Tools prior to refund approval.

Returned items complying with these conditions will be accepted and approved for refund credit.

Refund credit will be credited and processed through the original transaction payment method. If a case arises in which the original payment method is no longer valid, a Store Credit will be issued for the approved refund amount. 

If the original sale qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for returned item shipping charges.

Returned items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Items in opened packaging will not be accepted for return.

Returned bulk and special order items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return credit.


Warranty Returns

Proclass Tools adheres to our manufacturers' warranty policies.

We are extremely proud of the quality and workmanship of the tools we sell, however a situation may arise where a tool may be defective and must be exchanged.

Proclass Tools will provide an exchange for defective products under the guidelines of our manufacturers' warranty policies.

Proclass Tools’s Return Material Authorization number must be clearly marked on outside of shipping container. Please use the return link on any page to request an RMA number before returning an item.

Returned items for exchange are subject to inspection by Proclass Tools prior to exchange approval.

For approved warranty exchanges, Proclass Tools will send a replacement of the exact item.  If a case arises that the original part is no longer available, a part with similar characteristics may be offered for replacement.
